Support Intervals

Aquatherm's patented faser-composite technology gives the pipe added stability, even while operating under high temeratures. As a result, the frequency of hangers needed to support the pipe is reduced. Unless otherwise dictated by local codes, the figures on the given by Aquatherm may be used to determine hanger spacing. These figures are given in the following tables. (Note: Chilled water pipe will contract, rather than expand, and can use the widest recommended spacing for its size.)
